These terms govern your use of the NevkaSystems website. By using the site you agree to them. The terms of any engagement we undertake for you are set out separately in a signed proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything here.

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website are owned by NevkaSystems. For client work, ownership of deliverables transfers to you as set out in your contract — typically you own 100% of the code we write for you on full payment.
Estimates and quotes
Timelines, budgets, and figures shown on this site are illustrative. A binding quote is only the fixed-price proposal we send after a discovery call and scoping. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer.
Liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, NevkaSystems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
